Getting free games for your site is really a very simple process. There haven't been very many questions because it's so straightforward, but here are some that we've received:

How long will it take to set up the free games for my site?
Once your GameInACan request has been received, we can usually have your free games setup within a day or two.
I submitted a request for Free Games! How come I haven't gotten any response?
There are usually two reasons why this may happen. 1) Your site didn't meet our criteria for having our free games, and unfortunately it's just too time consuming to respond to everybody's request. Or 2) your request was never received.

When you sign up, you should be sure to input the email address that you wish to use for your admin contact after the games are running on your site. If you mistakenly entered your personal address and you don't want to use it for the games, just and we'll straighten things out, usually the same day.
I already have your free games, but I just redesigned my entire site. Can you make my existing GameInACan match my new site?
It's not a problem to do a quick redesign of your existing GameInACan to match the new look of your site. Just
and we'll take a look. Keep in mind though, that since you already have the free games, your redesign is not our top priority, and must wait until new setups are completed. Having said that, depending on the request volume at the time, you should still have your fresh-looking games in a couple of days or so.
Also, PLEASE NOTE that it's best not to submit a "new" request for this purpose, as it's not always immediately apparent that you already have games set up for your site, so a quick email is usually the most efficient way to take care of this matter.
